The Ipanema Estate has three world class coffee farms (fincas) in the South Minas Gerais region of Brazil where a large percentage of the land is reserved for environmental conservation and protected forest areas

This coffee is pulped and dried using the honey method – A specific process that provides a creamy and thick velvety body with a distinctive nutty aftertaste, ideal for espresso.

The Mundo Novo and Catuai cherry varieties in the naturally pulped Gourmet coffee, are sun-dried. This coffee has a fine silky flavour and a delicate, complex taste. There are hints of mild fruit and hazelnuts with ow acidity. It has a thick, creamy , velvety body.
