1. Basic Clean - (30 minutes max)

   • Comprehensive clean of outside of machine
   • Chemical backflush
   • Inspection of key functions.

2. Deep Clean - ( 60 minutes max)

   • Includes all services in the Basic Clean.
   • Detailed cleaning of the brew group, steam wand, and portafilter.
   • Integrated grinder clean (**if fitted)
   • Descale
   • Chemical backflush
   • Inspection of full machine
