Refund policy
All sales are final and LHCW reserve the right to inspect all products before considering them appropriate for replacement. If you have an imperfect item, we will seek to replace it under our obligations with the Consumers Guarantees Act before issuing a monetary refund.
Goods may be exchanged if you notify LHCW via email (info@localherocoffeeworks.com) within 24 hours of receiving your item/s. Goods must be returned unused in the original state in the original packaging. No refunds will be given if the item/s are not returned in this way.
No returns or refunds for change of mind, please select your item/s carefully!
All items being returned or exchanged are shipped to LHCW at the original customers expense, LHCW accepts no responsibility to any damage incurred during transit.
LHCW will inspect all product before dispatch making certain all orders are correct and all items are in good order
